That video is an excellent example of why projects should be bulldozed. All it does is put all the uneducated, useless, undesirables in one place which instantly becomes a shit hole. Bulldoze the whole thing, kick everyone off of welfare after one year, and then let them sink or swim on their own. Maybe then they'll actually go get a fucking job and realize you have to speak proper English to get a job in the real world.

I'm generally left wing but this shit pisses me off to no end. Make the bastards work for a living and pay for their own housing and crappy clothes.
